Consulting
Yevette enters consultations with a mindfulness approach. Through this approach she is able to listen, ask questions and offer insight that honors the survivor and supports those who have committed their lives to building healthy, life-giving community.
Consultations are scheduled for 1 to 2 hours. They can be scheduled in-person in the Nashville or Dallas-Fort Worth area, but are just as successful in a virtual space.
How can a consultation with Yevette help you?
Do you have questions about ethical advocacy or cultural competency as an advocate or direct care service provider? Would you value a survivor's perspective on practices and policies or resolving conflict within your organization? Then schedule a time to meet with Yevette. She has consulted with agencies about conflict within their human relations department. She has also mediated meetings between executive team leaders, survivor-leaders, and clients to help them resolve disputes.
Using a mindfulness approach, Yevette's consultations create a safe space for honest conversations. Through this approach, she is able to listen, ask questions, and offer insight that honors the survivor and supports those who have committed their lives to building healthy, life-giving community.
